Management committee meetings are held every second Tuesday of each month, from 6pm at Flynns Beach Surf Club in the training room. All members are welcome to come along. Minutes are available upon request to the club secretary – Mel Cockshutt.

STORING YOUR EQUIPMENT AT THE CLUB
POLICY Storage of personal gear in club facilities
PMSLSC request to store personal gear
As a member you are entitled to apply to the Club to store your surf equipment and/or competition gear at the Club or at the Sea Rescue Shed. Due to the shortage of space, the Club has a Storage of Equipment Procedure/Application process.
Applications for the storage of your equipment can be made for the upcoming season. Applications close 15 October and you will be notified by the 22 October.

POLICY Use of gym and related equipment
Port Macquarie SLSC is committed to helping members gain and maintain fitness so they can safely and effectively carry out their volunteer responsibilities. The gym facility and associated equipment has been purchased for use by members.
The Club Gym is available for use by all financial Club members.
Expense Reimbursement
PMSLSC will only reimburse approved expenses and orders which have been passed at our Monthly Management Committee Meetings.
